The test system ROHRTEST can be extended to test sleeve couplings using the standard sockets with air or water, for example in line with ATV / DWA-A 143 are extended part 6. This allows pipe sections pipe sleeves / connectors to be tested / examined as part of the examination of a section of pipework.
The available components allow both a check of pipe connectors with an above ground pressure sensor as well as a quick testing time directly in the text chamber of the sleeve-testing device. Manually or automatically operated sleeve test drums, sleeve test controllers to integrate directly in the sleeve testing device and control cameras for the sleeve positions complete the system. The video digitalisation and video image mixing devices that are available with the ROHRTEST system, allow the display of the video directly on the test system.

For the examination of existing lines to ATV / DWA-M 143 (public areas) or DIN 1986 Part 30 (private house service connections), there exists the additional option to run a water test (water pressure testing, water pressure test), so that the leak test can be conducted using either air or water.
High pressure testing of pipelines / drinking water lines / pressurised waste water lines:
with the optional high pressure testing tests may be conducted according to, for example, DIN EN 805 as well as freely defined test procedures for industrial installations.

The specialist for the construction site. The RPG is a proven system for self-monitoring in pipeline and sewer construction and in renovation work. It has been in service for many years and is a robust and flexible tool for air leak detection according to DIN EN 1610. Options such as an integrated compressor, a powerful rechargable battery and modular expansion packs for shaft, vacuum and high-pressure testing show the diversity of the daily requirements placed on the device.
Using the integrated testing computer there is sufficient storage for 50 test results, this means no PC is needed on site, pressure readings and test results can be displayed on the graphical display. The test reports are later uploaded to and processed on a separate PC.

The Pipe test cushion and sealing cushion (commonly known as test plug or sewer plugs) are suitable for easy and fast closing of sewage pipes and ducts with a circular cross section with nominal diameter of 70 mm to 1600 mm. The pipe test plugs have pass-throughs (bypass) or ventilation devices and are suitable for isolation of pipes to divert water, for filling or emptying of pipes and for filling with air or water for the leak test.
For the inspection of pipelines, which are only accessible from one side, so called household service test equipment is available. These allow the remote positioning of sealing plugs using air-sliding bars (pushing bars), which are connected together using special couplers. Complete testing sets are offered for air testing as well as the testing of household service lines using water testing according to ATV-A 143 part 6 and DIN 1986 part 30.

This inspection camera tool, developt and presented from MESSEN NORD first at IFAT 2010 and further developed until now with great success provides the inspection of waste water sewers and shafts / manholes without the need of man entering. To increase the performance and to reduce the costs of sewer management are the aims of its usage.
System description:
Remote controlled manhole zoom camera (Man hole and pipeline survey camera, Pole Camera, Electronic Sewer Mirror) with a QuickLock rod system 8-16 m length, 4 LED high-powered lights and control panel for the evaluation and documentation of the state of pipelines, sewers, shafts, separators and collectors (-> Electronic channel imaging, video channel imaging)
The camera unit has a spring loaded, adjustable support to stay in the centre of pipes DN 150 - 1000 and is complete with spotlights and laser distance sensors, both horizontal and vertical tilt. For greater diameters than DN 1000 we suggest the usage of our additional tripoid support for camera positioning.
Images and videos can be saved onto an integrated SD card or via USB 2.0 on wired or wireless (WiFi) connected PC by pressing a button during the inspection, or transferred to a connected Tablet PC or Notebook and reports generated using the specially developed inspection software SCHACHT-INSPECTOR to DIN EN 13508-2 standards or included in the general inspection report according to EN 858 / DIN 1999-100 / DIN 4040-100. The standard video ports on the operating panel allow the continued use and connection of your current video inspection system.

100,000 kilometers of actively used public sewer pipes in Austria, making effective sewer cleaning one of the most essential
responsibilities of sewerage Providers.
Unfortunately, given the precarious financial situations faced by many eitles
and communities, sewer cleaning also means a considerable financial bürden.
As a result, many of them have had to extend their maintenance intervals or postpone much-needed cleaning procedures.
In response, ÖWAV Rule Sheet 22 (draft Version from September II, 2012) recommends taking a proactive approach to the Operation of sewer facilities: "Forward-looking management and maintenance planning help to ensure facilities' smooth Operation and reliable waste removal, while also minimizing maintenance costs and negative effects on the envlronment." However, the prerequisite for this forward-looking management is a precise knowledge of the sewer network in question. A fast and simple method for arriving at an overview of a sewer network, how clean or dirty it is, and the thickness of accumulated deposits in comparison to the cross-section is e.g. inspecting it with a manhole camera (electronic sewer inspection). A case study of efforts implemented in the city of Salzburg show the savings potential offered
by using forward-looking management in connection with sewer cleaning.

For locating pipe transitions, or damaged areas, the inspection camera RTV-COLOR is equipped with a transmitter (pig transmitter). With the pipe locator EASYLOC the location and depth of the actual camera position can be detected.
The device is used to locate and determine the depth of wastewater drains and lines as well as other non-metallic supply lines and waste pipes. An optional module permits the coupling of the sender signal in metal lines, electrical cables or the inspection camera itself and therefore their location.

Measuring device for contact-less detection of the position of the high pressure-cleaning nozzle in the pipe when working with high-pressure flushers. Measure the unwound cleaning hose length from a start point (e.g. the start of the hose). In addition the daily cleaned length or contract cleaned length is logged for billing purposes.
The device is suitable for all sizes and hose reel types, for new construction and retrofitting.

The optional CAN-Bus interface allows
a) the insertion of the current cleaning nozzle position in the remote control of the cleaning unit
b) the integration into the cleaning data documentation system to record the cleaning progress or to prove the cleaning parameters
To record or be able to charge for the amount of suction material needs a sufficiently accurate electronic display with a documentation interface to the vehicle PC or receipt printer. A display unit will be provided suited for the particular conditions and tank design and/or measurement principles, this will be the most economically suitable system. As an option a docket printer for integration into the vehicle is available.
Display for one or two tank fill levels dirty and fresh water. A fill level indicator can be created using the level dependent signal of the sensor (capacitive, ultrasonic, floating). Consideration of the piston position with an adjustable piston.
